These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Eugine Chandrasekara (“we”, “us”) for your use of Bloo Floe (the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are a child, use the App with the permission of a parent or guardian.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App, except as the law allows
• Reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of the App
• Use cheats, bots, or other tools that change how the App works
• Use the App in a way that breaks the law or harms other people

The App may show advertising. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for products and services offered by advertisers.

The App, including its code, artwork, sound, and text, belongs to Eugine Chandrasekara or its licensors and is protected by law. These terms do not give you ownership of any part of the App.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the App will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Eugine Chandrasekara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of the App.

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you break these terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY OR STATE].

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
